Which particular tribute from District 11 are you referring to? Do you have a chapter for this?

She learns that Thresh, District 11, knew about Rue's death, the loyal and awesome District 11, 12-year-old Raccoon hopping tribute. He kills Clove, thinking that Clove killed Rue. Really it was Marvel, but Katniss doesn't tell him this.
