What causes Jaax to comment about the high level of sophistication of the virus? What would be the "most dangerous strain" of Ebola?

Nancy Jaax comments on the virus' high level of sophistication because it seems to be able to travel through the air. As for the second part of your question.....

Safety experts feel that there is not enough evidence, yet, to show that the Reston strain is not an extremely dangerous virus. It may be, in fact, the most dangerous of all the filovirus sisters, because of its seeming ability to travel rather easily through the air, perhaps more easily than the others.
