Anthrax is quite deadly. Why is it referred to as “safer” than Ebola?

Anthrax doesn't shut down the body as dramatically as Ebola. People did not excrete so much blood with Anthrax so transmission was harder. There is also a vaccine for Anthrax now.You will have to look at your copy of the book for the page number.
