The Last Homely House East if the sea is the elven fortress/ refuge at Rivendell.

Rivendell (aka- Last Homely House) is an elven outpost. It is located at the gorge of a river.

Misty Mountains- The great range of mountains that spans 795 miles between Eriador and the great river valley.
