I'm not exactly sure which questions you mean but I'm thinking it is this section:

We knew we had to stop the work but how could we?

Who would keep open the network of supplies and information on which hundreds of lives depended on?

I don't think there was any textual evidence who would take over if anyone. There was an underground resistance but we are never sure if anyone could take the place of the Ten Boom family.
