Offred learns to go with her circumstances and use her position with the Commander to leverage as much as she can get out of it.

Moira actually rebells against her circumstances. She is a lesbian and a feminist. She actually breaks out of the REd Centre but is caught soon after. In the end she can't cope. She is resigned to being a prostitute for Commanders.

Janine deals with her situation by being a conformist. She is always ready to go along with what Gilead demands of her, even at her own peril.
