I need to compare Elizabeth Gilbert (as a main Character from "Eat, Pray, Love") to Nick Carraway (also as a main character from "The Great Gatsby") And how they are similar.

I have to write an essay on comparing the two characters Nick and Liz from different books and how they share similar experiences. I would ask my teacher but sh'es away and we have to hand in this assignment tomorrow. I'm really stressing because I'm very stuck and need help ASAP! Please!
