How is the setting in the opening of Chapter Two different from that of Chapter One?

Both settings revolve around parties. Two parties, two different places. The first party is set in the fancy elaborate East Egg. It is quiet, refined and only four people talk in subdued tones. They are drinking, but nobody is really drunk. The party in Chapter Two is a drunken fiasco. There are more people at this party, which is being hosted in a small New York flat. All the people are loud, drunk, petty and boisterous.
