Great Gatsby Trail: Evidence that Daisy wasn't driving the car that killed myrtle?

Hey, we are having a Great Gatsby trial in school, we are defending Daisy and trying to proof that Gatsby was driving. I know it is hard to proof since it isn't true.. But do you have any quotes or hints we could use during the trial to proof that Gatsby was driving? (We are also allowed to make up a few simple things like fingerprints, tire marks, etc..)
