How would you describe daisy's state of mind during dinner?

Daisy is conflicted. She hates her husband and is attracted to Gatsby. Her speech is over the top and not self aware in the least, "I'm p-paralyzed with happiness." Really Daisy is miserable and "paralyzed" by her Husband Tom's infidelity and her inability to cope with real feelings.
