do any of you feel some or part of this book is offensive?

Today, many people look at this novel and like to point out the things that would make it politically incorrect in our world. In fact, Steinbeck might not even have been able to publish or garner an audience for this novel............. but, I find it an invaluable historical resource in regards to the "truth" of what life was like for the migrant workers.
