Where was the kiss scene in Havana?

I am travelling to Havana and would love to hit some specific attractions. What I would like most is to go to the location of the New Year's Eve party where Michael gave Fredo the kiss of death? Where in Havana was that shot? What building?

The kiss takes place in an unnamed club in Havana. Cuba, however, was never a location for filming. Many of the scenes depicting Havana were filmed on the island of Hispaniola.
