There is of course Laura’s Glass Menagerie. Laura's collection of glass figurines is delicate and transparent. Laura too is fragile, and when looked at in a particular light, gives off a delicate rainbow of personality. There is also Laura's favourite figure, a glass unicorn. The unicorn represents an otherness that is issolated and remote, just like Laura!
