It would be harder to find an example when Rex and Rose Mary were positive role models. Just about everything they did was an example of abusive parenting. Throwing Jeannette into a lake for her first swim lesson, hoarding food from their kids, letting Jeannette light herself on fire using a barbecue......the list of bad parenting goes on.
