What was the worst offence Gilgamesh committed against the people?

He hasa so many offences. He kills the giant Hubaba and cuts down all his trees which was pretty bad. Gilgamesh has claimed the right of prima nocte which meant he could bed with any bride on the night of her marriage. It was also known in history as the "lord's right."
