Describe the Willow John

On the way to church, they always stop to visit Willow John, an eighty-year old full Cherokee, as tall as Granpa, with white plaited hair hanging below his shoulders and a flat brimmed hat. Willow John had once gone to the Nations, but returned three years later and never spoke about it. He has a sad look in his eye, like his thoughts are far away.
