Did the book speak of Charlestown, Indiana?

I am from Charlestown Indiana where the Indiana Army Ammunition plant is and I think I remember reading this in The Dollmaker.... I remember my Grandmother telling me that this book was exactly like her life when she and my grandfather had to move away from the hills of Blaccky Kentucky
