Anne talks to herself more at dinner table than others because she's perceived as less chatty. She was labelled "chatty" in school.

Also Anne feels that it will be better than to talk to others because at times she feels that people will not take her seriously and the others feel that she talks toomuch

Anne frank has become distant from her mother and her love life is hard to explain to her sister.
