What might have Anne Frank added or changed if she knew her diary would be published and read by others?

Had Anne known that her diary would become public, she likely would have left a few things out. Anne was blatantly honest about her feelings in the diary, and some of her honesty would be considered hurtful to other. Her diary was meant to be a place where she could privately record her emotions... it wasn't meant to be read.
