Living in the Annexe, the inmates have to find ways to pass time. Based on Anne's entries on september 1942 explain what each member did to live as a normal as life he/she could.

Margot and Peter are allowed to read nearly all the books that Mr. Kleiman lends to them except a book on women which Peter is very interested in. Peter of course manages to sneak it out.
