According to Anne, what are Mr. Drussel's true colors?

Anne finds Mr. Drussel selfish and hard to live with. Mr. Dussel is described as controlling man with odd personal hygiene. Ann frequently has run-ins with Mr. Dussel as they share a room. Mr. Dussel would have considered Ann to be headstrong and rude for a young lady. Ironically it isn't until Anne begins to manipulate him that Dussel may have softened to her.
