Why did Gilt keep telling Hannah to get dressed?????

Gitl had to repeatedly tell Hannah (Chaya) to get dressed for Shmuel and Fayge's wedding. Hannah didn't like the dress she was given to wear..... Gitl shamed her when she explained that it would be the nicest dress at the wedding.
