In The Devil's Arithmetic, Ch. 11, Hannah lost her memory, what is better or not for Hannah to know?

This question calls for your opinion. There is ano right or wrong answer. In my opinion, Hannah is better off not knowing... it would have been difficult to function and survive had she known what she would be facing.
