Who is the architect who will put - Eiffel Eiffel, and what is he designing?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking here but Daniel Burnham, is the architect who builds the 1893 Chicago World's Fair. He is also involved with building the Ferris wheel which is supposed to outshine the Eiffel Tower.
