When Laye arrives in Tindican, he is joyfully welcomes by his grandmother, who embraces him before walking him around the village to show him off to friends and neighbors. After he's been proudly shown off, his grandmother bathes him and sends him off to play with his friends, young people he doesn't see often, but with whom, he has a great time. In the evenings, the family builds a campfire and and eats food prepared for the event. His visit is like a party.
