If you are asking the effect of all the questioning it is as follows:

Proctor - Ultimately he has to confess his lechery.

Hale - He comes to believe that the court is corrupt.

Mary Warren - She cannot stand up to the peer pressure and ultimately gives in and accuses Proctor of witchcraft and being the "devil's man."

Parris - He is ultimately shown to be a "broken minister" especially after Abby runs off with his money.

Danforth - He ultimately cannot control Proctor and yet he cannot back off having already convicted and hanged so many people.
