a. he reveals that he had affairs with abigail.

b. when elizabeth lies to protect john, and the whole bird scene.

c. he says that all goodness and truth that ever was in the court system is gone and that Danforth is going to hell because he is being selfish and is willing to ignore justice for the fear of being proven wrong.
