While reading the book, were you curious about how Ruth McBride Jordan's remarkable faith had translated into the adult lives of her children?

Yes, I was very interested in that. Faith of various types seems to have played a great role in the lives of many courageous and heroic people. Ruth was unflinching in her faith. He children would most certainly be interesting people as well.
