How many screens did Mae have in the end, and what were they?

So if I'm right Mae ends up with about 9 screens in the end but what were they all? She ended up having 5 computer screens and bunch of other screens but I really don't know what they were anymore, nor what each and every single one of them was used for. I'm pretty sure this'll be mandatory for my test tomorrow so I'd be grateful for an answer!!
