how is the theme of satirisation used?

Brecht used satire in the play "The Caucasian Chalk Circle," in order to spark thought in his audience, and to make them choose sides in the ever changing attitudes found at the end of WWII. As a supporter of Marzism, Brecht attacks social inequality, religion, and what he terms as injustice; the play is propaganda at its best.
