This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or worng answer. In my opinion, the summation is correct. Holden went home and succumbed to treatment..... but he didn't learn to share or to reach out. He still doesn't understand that freezing people out of your world for whatever reason leaves one living a cold, solitary existence.
