Why Kotler was so calm when he went to war ?He believed that the Allies are weak and he is stronger?

Kotler liked war: he was conditioned for violence. I think you are right about thinking the Allies were weak. Even though the Germans were quickly losing the war, Kotler was still convinced that Germany was strong and superior.
