Why Franz hated germans ? Rudy and Liesel was germans .He shouldn't had be hostile to them.

Franz was a bully and a bit of a sadist. I think we discussed lieutenant Kotler in some of your other posts. Franz seems like a younger version of him. Franz probably senses the goodness and empathy for others that Rudy and Liesel possess. This is why he goes after them.
