Do you think Arthur Berg is moral or immoral? Support your argument with evidence

Morality, especially in the midst of a war, can be subjective. People were hungry so they sometimes stole food. Arthur Berg is the fifteen-year-old leader of a small group of thieves. He's a kind thief and shares the spoils equally. I don't think he is especially immoral considering the horrors taking place during this period of history.
