How do you feel about the state government's position on the issue of Taylor's guardianship?

The Social Worker says that the state of Arizona has a claim on her, and she is a ward of a state. Whether or not Taylor can qualify to become her guardian depends on income and stability. Unfortunately the state is missing the point that is staring them in the face. Turtle is loved by Taylor and is enjoying a stability that few people in the world could offer her.
