What is the human reason that Dionysus is angry with Pentheus? What is the divine reason?

I just don't understand what would qualify to answer this.

The human reason is pride; Pentheus denies Dionysus validity as a god and refuses offerings or prayer. The divine reason would be Pentheus' order that Dionysus' shrine be destroyed. For a detailed look at this conflict sinply follow the link provided below.
