Franklin who arrived in Philadelphia was very little money since he gave some of his much needed funds to one of the men on the rowboat because a man is sometimes more generous when he has but a little money then when he has plenty perhaps the fear of being taught to have but little in your own words explains what he means hear what does this philosophy show us about Franklin do you agree with the sentiment why or why not

Franklin was a giving man, who looked to the needs of others in the same way he looked to his own. He understood "need" and in doing so was giving.
