i didn't get to finish the book, and I'm working on Q & A for the Alchemist.. so with that said, did santiago achieve his personal legend? and how did he ?

Yes, after Santiago discovers the treasure and learns that it was always nearby, he also learns that a spiritual journey is not about becoming a new person but finding the person you were meant to be.
