In Aeneid, what does Venus offer to do for Aeneas?

Venus asks Jupiter to help out Aeneas and his men who must suffer while other Trojans like Antenor have been able to settle and left alone in Italy. Jupiter tells Venus not to worry, he will let Aeneas and his men make it to Italy.Jupiter says that Aeneas will fight a war with a local tribe and the reign for three years.
