why doesnt huck get along with Miss Watson and Widow douglas?

I think they both mean well and Huck knows this. Huck gets fed regularly, sleeps in clean sheets and underneath their rules and prodding for Huck to become a gentleman, there is an acceptance of his limitations. Huck can feel this. It is true Huck can't stand being penned up but I think he still appreciates them.
