Do you mean like "nice" characters or entertaining characters?

Both "NICE" and "ENTERTANING"

There are not many nice, as in kind, characters in this book. I suppose Huck's aunt Sally means well. Jim is both nice and entertaining. He is an escaped slave who cares much about his family. He is perhaps the only true altruistic character in the book. He has a sincerity about him which most characters lack. Huck is also sincere and we see him developing into a young man free of the social burdens of the American South. Entertaining characters are ones like the Duke and King. THey are funny in a satirical sort of way but they are also nasty human beings.
