Huck Finn Emotional Handicapp

Can someone help me with an example of a person who is emotioanlly or physically handicapped in the book? Would you consider Pap emotionally since he was a drunk?

I would consider Pap Finn's alcoholism to be a physical handicap.

Perhaps Mr. Twain considers Tom Sawyer to be emotionally handicapped because he has been formally educated--!!

The Wilkes family has the temporary emotional handicap of grief. Their uncle has the physical handicap of inability to speak.

The Shepherdsons and Grangerfords are a mess. They have no idea what the feud is about, yet they continue hating one another and killing one another. I'd call that an emotional handicap . . . or pure stupidity.
