At one point, Junior sees a text book in his Indian School that once belonged to his mother. This makes Junior sad. Rez schools are old and run down. Most kids don't do very well. It seems like Rez schools are set up for failure. White schools have new textbooks, nice infrastructure, and even computers. Junior thinks kids at white school succeed in life.
