This is a pretty detailed question for this short answer space. Certainly with characters like Junior, we are given an intimate first-person "diary" or journal-like narrative. Junior's self-deprecating humour and clever wit shoes through his narrative and animated comics. Junior lets the reader into his vulnerabilities as well as his strengths. Junior is an underdog that anyone can cheer for.
