Describe Junior's ailment in the first chapter.

Junior was born with water on the brain, technically referred to as cerebrospinal fluid. The excess fluid contained in his skull is responsible for a number of other ailments including Junior's bad eyesight, seizures, and too many teeth, which ultimately have to be extracted and cause a speech impediment.
