Chapter 28 - Think and Explain - Page 540-542: 49

Answer

Two mirrors are involved.

Work Step by Step

The two people are between two parallel mirrors. The image formed by one mirror becomes the object reflected by the other mirror, and so on. In theory there would be an "infinite" number of images, but if the mirrors are truly parallel, the people would block their own reflections. Furthermore, a little light is lost with each reflection, so the images gradually get dimmer and dimmer.
