The temperature is the same, and so is the average speed of molecules in each glass. The full glass has twice the amount of material at the same temperature, and has twice the internal energy too. More heat will be required to increase the temperature of the full glass by $1^{\circ}C$, which we see from the equation $Q = cm \Delta T$.
