For SN1, OCH2CH3 replaces Br. For E1, there are 2 possible hydrogens that can leave to form double bond. One is on a carbon in the ring, another is on the methyl group. The product that results from hydrogen of the ring leaving and double bond in the ring forming is major because there are more substituents around the double bond in this case.
