1) The lewis structure is has carbon in the center, and the hydrogen and nitrogen are attached to it with single and triple bonds respectively. 2) The dipole moment is towards carbon in C-H bond as carbon is more electronegative. And in the C-N bond, the dipole moment is towards nitrogen because nitrogen is more electronegative. The nitrogen also has a lone pair which affects the dipole moment. Thus, the molecular dipole is towards nitrogen. 3) The compound has a large dipole moment.
