Olfactory and optic nerves are purely sensory where as vestibulocochlear nerves are mostly sensory nerve. Oculomotor, trochlear, abducens, accessory and hypoglossal are primarily motor nerves where as trigeminal, facial, glossopharyngeal and vagus are mixed nerves.
